Legal Terms

By accessing or using the Receipt Flex website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by Receipt Flex (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Receipt Flex regarding your use of the Services. The Services are owned and operated by Receipt Flex, Inc. ("Receipt Flex," "we," "us," or "our").

Legal Terms

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and credentials
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account

Receipt Flex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you violate any provision of these Terms.

Legal Terms

Receipt Flex provides a platform for generating and customizing receipt templates for various purposes. The Services may include, but are not limited to, receipt template creation, customization, storage, and delivery.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and any content you create using the Services
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services
• Receipt Flex may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice
• Receipt Flex may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Legal Terms

Certain aspects of the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Services in connection with the plan you select.

Receipt Flex reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If Receipt Flex changes the fees for a subscription plan, Receipt Flex will provide notice of the change through the Services or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Receipt Flex reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Receipt Flex's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, suspending or terminating the account of such violators and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.

Legal Terms

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Receipt Flex Content"), are owned by Receipt Flex, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Receipt Flex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or display while using the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services, you grant Receipt Flex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services to you.

Legal Terms

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the account settings in the Services.

Receipt Flex may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for any reason, you may lose access to all information, data, and content associated with your account.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RECEIPT FLEX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

Legal Terms

Receipt Flex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Receipt Flex will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Receipt Flex's sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
